Xhorse VVDI Prog Failed to Read 3K85K MCU Solution

Problem:

I can’t read the chip  MC68HC9 Mask 3k85k with the Xhorse VVDI Prog programmer. It says “Try frequency failed chip unconnected” (00).

 

 

 

 

Solution:

I figured it out. I set the voltage VCC to 4.5 instead of 5 and everything worked out.
