Xhorse Condor XC-Mini Decode Lexus TOY48 and TOY40 Keys

Question:

Why condor xc-mini cannot decode lexus toy48 and toy40 keys?
i mostly cut lexus keys and i can’t decode it by condor mini..

Solution from Xhorse engineer:

Condor MINI key cutting machine usually decode/cut key as the standard thickness 3mm, if the key is single side(thickness no more than 3mm, such as 2.5mm or 2mm)
then you should add a shim(such as business card) under the key, let the key thickness more than 3mm(around 3mm).

How to Update Condor XC-Mini via Xhorse Update Kit

Here’s the guide to update Xhorse Condor XC-Mini master series automatic key cutting machine software to V4.0.2 or above with multi-language by Xhorse update kit.

Power on Condor mini key cutter

current version: v4.0.1

Download and unzip Xhorse update kit

Copy and paste Upgrade kit on desktop, then open it

Select Condor mini S/N KM02 or KM03 and version 4.0.2

Find device and click on Upgrade

Connect Condor XC Mini to computer via USB cable . Don’t turn ff the software or unplug the USB cable during the upgrade.

Check device connection status and check driver version

Download the latest software and data files

Start updating software and data

Upgrade completed

How to Update Condor XC Mini Key cutting machine online?

1. Connect iKeycutter CONDOR XC-MINI Master to the PC with a USB cable.

4. The screen will appear “Updating” prompt.

5. Wait for the update completed.
