Will Xhorse Condor Cut smart fortwo 3 button key?

Have Smart fortwo 2003 with the button remote key. how do we cut this one? I have Condor XC mini and Condor Dolphin if that helps.

Smart 450 uses YM23.
Condor can make these 100%.
Also hu100r works fine.

Never by code.
If you measure up the cuts, you could select a similar keytype.
Or possible cut a depth of 1 on two positions.
The update tool allows you to create your own custom key files

I assume that your Condor mini can do the same as my master 007.

I have created a YM23 with 8 cuts. I placed it in the mercedes key folder.
Not sure that we can exchange theys files, but let us try.

Could someone load this custom KeyData.u file in there Condor.
Mini and or master.
Place the KeyData.u file in your condor file that contains: Condor 007 update software V1.0.5
Then open the CustomKeyTools,
Connect your pc with your condor using usb, and press synchronize.

Xhorse Condor XC-Mini Volvo HU56R Bug Solution

I just bought condor mini key cutter for one month, and already update to latest firmware, v2.1.1. Volvo HU56 thickness setting wrongly, it should be 2.5mm, and cutting thickness should be 1mm. volvo v40 key eats like 0.6 or more mm deeper than it should. it ate the clamp!!! and not very accurate.

About Volvo HU56R condor machine database the key thickness is 3mm and cutting depth is 1.25mm
but if fact,users key is different, thickness is 2.5mm and cutting depth is 1mm.
so users can use define key data first ,named ‘HU56R-1_U’,later Xhorse will find a better solution.
1.connect PC to Condor machine
2.use attached software, sync’HU56R-1_U’ to condor xc-mini key cutting machine
3.select ‘cut by bitting’—enter ‘HU56R’ you will find HU56R-1_U,then cutting.

How to pair Xhorse Condor with laptop via Bluetooth

Question:

i have medium cutting speed, 2 passes on, maybe i should changed.

i tried today to use bluetooth with laptop instacode and condor xc-mini, but i cannot PAIR the device, i cannot find any bluetooth setting on xhorse condor, how do i connect? no info in user manual.

Solution from Xhorse expert:

You don’t need to do anything on condor mini. Activate Bluetooth on Laptop/Tablet or Smartphone and press the “search for machine” button in Insta-code and it will pair with Condor Mini.

How to use Condor Mini to cut YA226 House Key?

How-to: use Xhorse Condor xc-mini /xc-mini plus key cuttingn machine and M4 Clamp for house key trace and cut YA226 by universal type menu.

New Xhorse M4 Clamp is used for housekey. It comes with stopper and 2 size of lifting wires

How to trace and cut Yale YA226 key?

Change to M4 clamp

In Condor Mini, choose Key Duplicating->Universal Type

Choose key type. In Yale YA226: Standard single sided

1.Keep the key/probe/fixture clean.
2.Recommended to use M1, M4 clamp and 1.5mm drill(cutter). Here we use M4 clamp.

Change menu M1 to M4

Use tracer: 1mm and cutter 1.5mm

Put stopper on Yellow arrow line and lock key

Put new blank key to M4 clamp

Press Cut and close shield

How to have Xhorse VVDI MB 1 Free Token Per Day

If you bind Condor XC-Mini key cutting machine with VVDI MB (HKSK185-B), you will have 1 free token per day for online password calculation.

Customers used to provide Condor Mini serial number only in order to bind these two.

But now Xhorse company has changed the policy:

After you received the Condor key cuter, you must provide your Customer ID information (Passport, Driving license etc)and Condor master series serial number to enjoy 1 free token.

Why?

To make sure the device is yours.

To make sure device is consistent with your ID information.

Take a picture of Customer ID information & serial number as below and send it us.

How to add battery pack to Xhorse Condor XC-Mini

This is the Power Supply Adapter with Battery for Xhorse Condor XC-Mini key cutting machine. No need to connect Car inverter, battery as power supply, easy to carry out. Support household electricity and cigarette lighter to recharge or use as power supply.

Instruction of how to change the built-in battery of Condor MINI:

Remark: please follow the procedure to operation in case of damage the Mainboard ,do not
connect the power during operation

Attention : For your security, do not connect the power in next steps

1 , Take off those 4 screws like the picture show

2 , Push the motor inside and hold the white buckle then take
out the emergency-stop module like the picture show

3 , Loose the connection of position 11 &12 like picture show

4 , Use a screw to make the connection those two cables what are from position 11 & 12
like the picture show ,and use the acetate tape fix the connection well

5, Fix the cable 6 to the position 12 , cable 7
for position 11 , then put the emergency –
stop module back and fix it well

6, Take off those 2 screws like picture
show

7, Turn over the Mini Condor and take off the foot rubber and

8, Take out the Power-board and disconnect all cables
like picture show

9, Use the battery charger & display
module to replace the original power
interface like picture show

10 , Fix the cable into the socket according the
number between the cable and socket ,make
sure very cable will be fix well

11, Fix the cable of 24V and
cable of GND in the right
position like picture show

12, Connection the power like picture
show then put back the Mainboard and
fix it well

13, Fix the all cables after put back the
mainboard , the mainboard should be in
fixed very solid ,manage the cables again if
not , then fix the foot rubber and screws

14, Fix those screws like picture show

15 , The screen , LED , display of battery
charger should be on after you press the
emergency – stop button , if not ,check the
connection again

Remark : electricity volume will be show by the green light , the LED that is mark ‘’ CHRG ‘’
should be green if it is charged , it will be red during charging.

Program BMW 523i 2003 E39 Remote Key with VVDI Prog and VVDI2

Car model: BMW 523i year 2003 E39

Immo box: EWS3

Purpose: Program chip and remote

Device:

Read Immo dump with VVDI Prog and Xhorse EWS3 adapter
Program key by VVDI2

Cut key by Condor XC-Mini

Program remote by VVDI Key Tool

Step 1: Read EWS3 Dump with VVDI Prog

EWS3 box read IC: 0D69J use EWS3 adapter +vvdi prog

Connect EWS3 adapter and soldering cable same as diagram

Select Immobilizer-BMW-EWS3-K-line (0D69J) Read

connect 12V DC to vvdi prog

Read and save dump file

Step 2: Program dealer key with VVDI2 BMW

Connect Xhorse VVDI2 with laptop

Open VVDI2 software

Select Transponder Programmer- Immobilizer Data Tool

Load EEPROM dump read by vvdi-prog

Select an unused key position and Make Dealer Key

Select Euro-BMW-EWS3 use chip 7935 blank for program

Put chip 7935 and make dealer key

Prepare dealer key success.-key can start engine now.

Step 3: Cut key with Condor Mini

How to Update Condor XC-Mini by replacing Power Supply

Xhorse released new power supply adapter with battery for Condor XC-Mini key cutting machine with which you can cut 40 keys per charge.

How to change/update Condor XC-Mini built-in power supply?

1.Remove the screws.

2.Remove the shell.

3.Rotate the little round screw to the innermost.

4.Then we need to remove the clip.Pull it out.

5.Rotate the screws on both sides,remove out the clip.

6.Use insulating tape to connect two cables together.

7.Lay down condor mini machine.Remove the screws.

8.Take out the board.Unplug the clip.

Rotate two screws to remove the cables from the PCB.

9.Here two separate yellow color cable,number 7 and 6.

10.Number 6 cable is connected to 12 on clip.

Cable 7 connects with 11. Lock the screws.

11.Put back clip to original place.

12.Next step: remove the power adapter on Condor MINI

13.Put the new power adapter.You can find new power adapter in Power Supply Adapter with Battery Kit.

Put back screws and lock it.

14.Put two yellow cables together with new power adapter cables under the clip through the hole.

15.Connect Power Adapter battery PCB.

It lists out number from 1 to 9,and 24V.

16.Connect cables to the numbers, VCC and GND. Please note the numbers must be matched.

Connect cables,as well as VCC and GND.

17.Put back PCB to condor mini.And two shells,lock the screws.

18.Now,we power on to start for test.It shows charge capacity.

19.Use old charge cable with new charge adapter,connect with power supply,it can charge power.

We can also use Car cigarette lighter cable to charge.

20.Upgrade to the built-in power supply successfully.

Xhorse Condor XC-Mini Decode Lexus TOY48 and TOY40 Keys

Question:

Why condor xc-mini cannot decode lexus toy48 and toy40 keys?
i mostly cut lexus keys and i can’t decode it by condor mini..

Solution from Xhorse engineer:

Condor MINI key cutting machine usually decode/cut key as the standard thickness 3mm, if the key is single side(thickness no more than 3mm, such as 2.5mm or 2mm)
then you should add a shim(such as business card) under the key, let the key thickness more than 3mm(around 3mm).
