Following I’m gonna show how to add a smart key for 2017 Nisscan Versa with Xhorse VVDI Key Tool Plus Pad by OBD. This is a working key and a new key. Before programming, you’ll have to read out the BCM codes.

 

 

Read BCM Code

Immo programming >> Asia >> Nissan >> Select from system >> Smart >> 4 digits PIN >> Type 5(no slot – button type) >> Start programming >> Read BCM code

 

Switch ignition on! Click “OK”.

Body computer number(BCM number) has been read out.

Use the “5-digit BCM code calculation password” function to get the password to match(This function requires online)!

 

Perform calculate of PIN codes by online?

Note:

1. This function requires online network computing.
2. Please keep the network unblocked.

Click “Yes”.

 

The BCM code and passwords were read out.

Just take a photo to record.

 

 

 

 

 

Program New Key

Program smart key >> Input password

Take all smart key out of the car and click the start button once, turn on the security light(double flash lights).

 

To match the smart card, the direction lock must be released first(the program is released)

Yes: Automatically release the direction lock and execute the matching function.

No: Directly execute the matching function(used when the direction lock has been released by the program).

Click “No”.

 

Please follow the step below to complete the matching operation:

1. Paste the back of the smart key to be matched to the start button, press START button, wait for the immo light to go off, then turn off the ignition switch.
2. If you add more keys, please repeat step1 & step3. stick the back of the matched smart keys to the start button, and turn off the ignition after starting the car.
3. If the direction lock does not reset, try to press the start button several times to open and close the driver’s door until the direction lock is reset.

 

After the matching is completed, verify the key as follows:

Open the door once, press the remote UNLOCK and LOCK button once, start the engine and wait for 5s.

Complete.

 

 

 

 

 

This is using VVDI Key Tool Plus to add 2017 Nisscan Versa key successfully.

This is a US Ford Explorer year 2019 with push start. Xhorse vvdi key tool plus read pin and program all keys lost successfully.

 

Go to Immo Programming->Ford->United State->Explorer->Keyless Go->2016 onwards-> Key programming without active alarm

Read PIN code

 

 

 

 

 

 

If the vehicle immo alarm is activated, you need to disable alarm before programming key. Here this car without alarm. Press ok to continue.

Switch ignition on by press Start button.

Read pin code success.

 

 

Select Add key

Open and close driver door. Turn off the ignition.

 

 

 

Insert the new key into key slot (Inside the trash box that behind the cup holder)

Program key successfully.

Test the new key.

 

Xhorse key tool plus also programs Ford Explorer 2020 onwards all keys lost, you will need a Ford bypass cable.

 Question: Possible to program Toyota Sienna 2021 proximity smart key with xhorse vvdi key tool plus? P4 page is BABA.

Answer: Add key ok, no possible to program all keys lost.

For add key, generate Toyota XM38 remote under this option. Then program xm38 remote with key tool plus. Key tool plus will ask for rolling code which you have to obtain from 3rd party.

Users can customize key frequency and buttons after programming.

 

How to program a key for a 2014 Volkswagen Golf using the Xhorse VVDI Key tool Plus programming tablet via OBD.

Select IMMO Prog->VW->Automactical diagnose vehicle

Key tool plus detected cluster type:  VDO/Continental NEC35XX MQB 2014- UDS

 

 

 

Select Key Adding automatic wizard

 

 

Follow 5 steps to program key
1. Read and save eeprom data
2. Read and save immo data, this data is used to generate dealer key and learn key
3. Reset the instrument, clear DTC and sync the instrument
4. Generate dealer key, generate normal dealer key OEM (online)
5. Learn key.

 

 

Press Start to Read eeprom data

Then read and save immo data

 

 

 

Reset instrument

Generate dealer key

Turn on ignition with working key, if car has keyless, insert key nearby the ignition coil

Select Prepare normal dealer key->Add key (have a normal working key)

Insert original key into key tool plus

Save sync data

Upload immo data to generate dealer key

Input a new key into vvdi key tool plus

Prepare dealer key success.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Perform step 5 learn key.

Input number of keys to be learnt: 2

All key must be learnt.

 

 

 

 

 

All keys successfully learned.

BMW F32 2016 all keys lost is done by xhorse vvdi key tool plus.

 

Put the wires directly to the ecu (EDC17C50) and you can read ISN on bench without removing it from the car entirely.

 

Procedure:

Disconnect battery negative clamp, remove fem/bdc, remove engine ecu.
1. Reading isn, use bosch ecu adapter and multi-function converter cable

 

 

 

2. Read fem/bdc key
3.Fem/bdc programming
4. Make a dealer key, enter the read isn

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

If you want to add a key, just take out the fem and follow step 2-4. In step 4, use a working write key.

for example, add key to BMW F30

Operation

1. Generate Smart Remote Control

Put the Xhorse Smart Watch into VVDI Key Tool Plus coil.

Remote program >> AlfaRomeo >> GIULIA >> GIULIA KeylessGo ID4A >> Generate

Generate remote success.

 

 

 

2. Read PIN Code

Connect VVDI Key Tool Plus to OBD.

Immo programming >> AlfaRomeo >> By model >> Immo system >> GIULIA >> 2015- >> Keyless Go >> Start programming >> Read PIN code

 

Switch ignition on.

Pincode was successfully read out.

 

 

3. Program Smart Remote Watch

Go in”Smart key adding”.

Switch ignition off, and turn onsecurity warning light. Click”OK”.

Key Tool Plus will auto input the password.

 

The smart key sensing area is located in the middle armrest box. When prompted to press the remote after clicking “OK”, do not take out the sensing area, press remote in sensing area directly.

Keep pressing and releasing the Unlock button on watch within 30s…

Programmed successfully.

 

 

 

 

 

Go out to test with the car.

Wecan open the trunk, unlock car and start engine directly by the xhorse sw-007 smart watch.

Easy done.

Actually smart and convenient!
